Saturday, 3rd June 2022 – iHub, Nairobi, Kenya
Interact and network with fellow artists, collectors and builders in the Crypto and NFT community. The Kenyan NFT Summit will be an annual event organized by the Kenyan NFT Club(Mbogi ya NFT), a group of passionate, talented and energetic young Kenyans on a mission to educate and drive the adoption of the NFT space.
Together we strive to educate and bring more artists into the NFT space.
Unless you have been living under a rock, you must have heard of digital images of Apes that are worth millions. Or stories of artists making a shit ton of money from selling their art/photos online.
Well, so what are NFTs? NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. This is a type of crypto token that can be used to represent something that is permanent, unique and can't be interchanged. You know, like an event ticket, digital art, or virtual land in the metaverse.
Kenyan Artists have not been left behind in this Web 3 revolution and we even found ourselves in a community of like-minded fellows called Mbogi ya NFTs. How cool we are you ask? Well, come and vibe with us on 4th June.
Even though Mbogi ya NFT is made of artists and NFT enthusiasts, we all belong to the larger Crypto community. As you know NFTs and crypto is one and the same thing, or rather cut from the same cloth.
We welcome everyone who believes and is taking part in the Web 3 revolution. The Kenyan NFT Summit is intended to be a space for networking and interacting with fellow youth with common interests, visions and aspirations in the Crypto and NFT space.
Most of our community members have made a sale or 2 from NFTs, you can learn a lot from them.
NFTs are not just about selling your art. NFTs run the blockchain network, how else can you use NFTs?
Learn more about the Metaverse, and Crypto games and how you can use the newest and coolest way to make money in town, i.e. Play to Earn.
Mbogi ya NFT is made up of talented, skilled and artistic youth from all over Kenya. Network and interact with these great minds!
